RETURNS + EXCHANGES
HLC doesn't accept returns.
The customer can exchange their piece(s) within a maximum of 15 days. If the pieces are in perfect sales conditions, the customer can make the purchase or receive a voucher of the same value of the purchase. We do not accept exchanges and/or returns of personalized pieces. In case of exchange, the pieces will be sent back to the customer, without special notice. HLC is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost in the mail or carrier, or held up at customs. Please always validate personal data and address information for proper management. Always send your invoice and order number along with the part(s) for exchange. If an exchange part is shipped internationally, please indicate "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. HLC is not responsible for any charges imposed on returned packages by customs.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
The customer can cancel any order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If the cancellation is no longer possible, the order will be delivered and the customer can exchange but not return it.
HLC only sells pieces in perfect condition that are previously checked. If you receive a defective piece, please contact us. In addition, we also offer follow-up service and repair to pieces that are damaged. We do not repair on non-HLC jewels. For a quotation, please contact us at email@example.com
