RETURNS + EXCHANGES
You cannot return items for cash or any other form of payment.
You may receive a credit for your purchase price. However, if our review shows that the items have already been worn or modified (except for customization purposes), we will not accept them as exchanges. The articles will be sent to the customer again without special information. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail or at customs. Please keep your tracking information carefully. Always send your invoice and order number along with the exchange. If an exchange item is shipped internationally, mark it as "RETURN GOODS" to avoid customs fees. We are not responsible for fees for parcels returned by customs. Wait 1-7 working days after receiving the item. You will receive a credit for your purchase price before shipping costs as soon as the item has been returned in its original condition.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
You can cancel any order if it has not yet been shipped. Just send us an email and the cancellation is free. If a cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you must then reject after receipt. The products will be returned to us and your money will be refunded (in case of prepayment).
HLC only sells items in perfect condition that have been previously checked. If you exceptionally receive a defective item, please contact us. To repair a part, please contact us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org
