RETURNS + EXCHANGES

EXCHANGE

HLC accepts the return of its items within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the order. Returns are only accepted for items that do not show any signs of use and/or have undergone changes.

If you wish to make a return, send an e-mail to: order@hlc.pt

The return can be made up to 7 working days after arrival of the items and internal validation.

EXCHANGE RIGHT

The customer can exchange their item(s) within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the order. It is not possible to exchange or return any personalized and/or engraved items. We do not offer free exchanges.

Once we receive the items, the customer will receive a voucher code via email with the value of their purchase, excluding shipping costs.

If the items show signs of use or alterations, we will not accept the exchange and will be returned to the customer without prior notice.

HLC is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost in the mail or carrier or retained in customs. Please always validate personal data and address information for good management. Always send your invoice and order number with the exchange item(s). If an exchange item is shipped internationally, please indicate "Returned goods" to avoid customs charges. HLC is not responsible for any charges imposed on packages held by customs.

CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT

The customer can request the cancellation of any order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Send us an email and the cancellation will be completely free of charge. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Therefore, the order will be delivered to the recipient and the customer can request an exchange or return within a maximum of 15 days after receipt.

REPAIR

HLC only sells items in perfect condition that are checked in advance. If the customer receives a damaged item, please contact us. In addition, we also provide a follow-up and repair service for damaged items. We do not repair non-HLC items. For quotation, please contact us through our email order@hlc.pt
