WHERE ARE YOU MADE OF?

All HLC pieces are designed and made in Portugal.

WHAT ARE THE PIECES MADE OF?

The HLC pieces are made in 925 silver. We also have the HLC+ collection, made in 18k gold and diamonds - duly marked.

WILL THE GOLD COLOUR LAST FOREVER & EVER?

Unfortunately the golden pieces are silver with gold plating. Thus, when exposed to the sun, creams or chemicals the color may change. However, HLC offers a service to solve those pieces. Just send an email to order@hlc.pt to request a gold plaque for your pieces - and they become fresh new!

I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes, you can exchange and/or return the items in your order within 15 days of receipt.
It is not possible to exchange or return all personalized and/or engraved items.
HLC is not able to offer free returns.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on International orders. However, no customs will be applied to orders delivered within the European Union.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Please send us an email to order@hlc.pt, all our process is hand made and sometimes we don't control little mistakes. We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival.

MY ITEM IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately, this situation can happen. Please send an email to order@hlc.pt to help us understand what happened with the shipping company.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO HLC?

If your package is returned to HLC you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to be sent again.
