Certification

HLC products are legally certified by INCM - Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda, S.A, due to being made out of precious metals. All pieces are designed and handmade in Portugal, with silver sterling 925, silver 925 with gold plated and 18ct gold. Unless stated, the pieces are made of 925 silver.

INCM provide this assurance by checking the legal touch (precious metal per thousand contained in an alloy) and the application of contrast with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent. The application of assay office marks is only mandatory for silver pieces that weigh more than 2 grams and gold pieces that weigh over 0,5 grams.

In case of doubt onto the authenticity of the trademarks all consumers are able to check the veracity of each hallmark at INCM.
