SHIPPING + HANDLING
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day unless you buy with a pre-order. In this case we will put the other items back so that we can send the full order together. In this case, you can also request multiple shipments in order to receive your other items earlier, in this case please contact: email@example.com. To check the shipping costs to your country, please go to the checkout.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number and details by email. In the Christmas season, the delivery time can take a few days. The average shipping times are as follows (please take additional time for your customs inspection into account and don't forget that this time frame only starts after shipping if you select an item in the pre-order):
- Portugal (via MRW or CTT): 2-3 working days
- Europe (via FEDEX or DHL): 2-15 working days
- Worldwide (via FEDEX or DHL): 10-25 working days
Delivery takes place Monday to Friday during our working hours. If you are not at home, we recommend an alternative address. If you reject your order package, you will be responsible for all customs, taxes and / or customs fees incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to our Portuguese address.
This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the cost is higher than the cost of goods, your order will be canceled.
We are based in Portugal (Europe). Please note that the customer is responsible for paying additional duties, taxes, import fees or taxes charged by the destination country for the delivery. There are no fees or customs fees for orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
Please check all personal and in particular shipping details when you complete your order, as HLC is not responsible for missing packages (telephone number, correct email address, house number, ...). We may not accept delivery to post office boxes. If you would like your order to be delivered without a tracking option, please note that HLC will not be responsible for any packages not received. We strongly recommend that you choose a traceable delivery option (MRW, FEDEX or DHL).
