All HLC pieces are designed and made in Portugal, Europe.
WHAT ARE THE PIECES MADE OF?
HLC pieces is made of 925 silver. We also have 9ct gold pieces, however they are stated.
WILL THE GOLD COLOUR LAST FOREVER & EVER?
Sorry, but no, silver 925 only has a gold plated. The pieces have a treatment that will fade because of the contact with skin, clothes, surfaces, household products, perfume, hairspray, and many others.
BUT DO YOU HAVE A SOLUTION?
Yes we have. We think our jewelry is made to be used so we can repair it and retouched. This is subject to charge. Contact us by email to our customer service at email@example.com.

You have 14 days to give up. You can exchange or return. We will refund you, except the shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on International orders. However, no charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
AND IF I REFUSE TO PICK-UP OR ACCEPT THE ORDER?
If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, all our process is hand made and sometimes we don't control little mistakes. We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival.
MY ITEM IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also not responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your package is returned to HLC you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
