Purchase Conditions on HLC Website
• All Jewels should be kept separately in their original cases;
• Jewels in Silver must be cleaned with the appropriate product for Silver;
• Jewels in Golden Silver are not water resistant nor resistant to cosmetics;
Size Guide: most Jewels are adjustable and have a unique size. The others must follow european standard.
Prices: How can I found them, where can I see them? Each Jewel has its price in their own description. You can see them with the “Products” button.
• Portugal and Islands: 3.50€
• Rest of Europe: 8€
• Rest of the world: 10€
Will the Jewel I receive be exactly the same as we seen on the web site?
The photos on the website are exact images of the products, but keep in mind that they are high definition so you can appreciate each piece in great detail.
Can I order out of stock Jewels?
Yes, you can but you need to know that, in these cases, it takes up to three weeks to get your order after you have pay them.
Does HLC give warranties in her Jewels?
HLC gives warranty in all Jewels purchase on the website for 6 months after the payment date in case of fabric defects.
How I receive information with the news?
On the website you can subscribe our newsletter. All you need to do is to write e-mail on the place that the site indicates.
How Can I shop?
Each product has an icon of the “My shopping Cart” that you must click in order to make that product go to your shopping list. After that you need to create an HLC account and follow all the steps.
How will I know if my purchase has gone through correctly?
HLC will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your order as soon as it is done.
Can I shop from any location?
Yes. HLC send´s her Jewels to everywhere in the world.

How can I get my receipt?
You need to write down your information before the end of the purchase.
Is it safe to make payments on HLC site?
At HLC we are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. So for payments with Visa only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled. Paypal payments are known to be one of the most security systems to shop on Internet and it is known worldwide.
Where do I receive my order?
On the address that you will write when you are doing your purchase. This address can be different from the billing address. Every delivery must be done by registered mail. If there´s no one home a notification will be left so you can pick up your order in the nearest post office.
How long does delivery take?
• To Portugal and Islands: between 5 and 7 business days;
• To Rest of Europe: between 7 and 10 business days;
• To Rest of the world: between 10 and 15 business days;
Do I receive any confirmation of my order? Yes. How?
What shall I do if I get the wrong Jewel?
If, on exception, the product is not the one you requested you must write an e-mail to: email@example.com so we can pick up the Jewel and deliver the right one. In those cases there are no costs for the client.
What shall I do if, after 7 days, I haven´t got my Jewel?
You must write an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number so we can solve the problem.
Exchanges and Returns
Does HLC accept exchanges? Yes, we do. When?
• Exchanges: In case of manufacturing defects and if you want another Jewel you can exchange for another if it has the same or a superior value. In both cases you will have 15 days to do it.
What should I do to exchange a Jewel?
Manufacturing defects and wrong Jewel receives: HLC will collect the Jewel with no costs for the client. In other cases: the Jewel must be resubmitted, by registered mail, for this address: HLC Jewellery - Apartado 288 EC Estoril, 2766-904 Estoril. In these cases the delivery cost shall be taken by the clients.
When do I receive the amount for the return Jewel?
The amount should be deposited on the client account within 15 business days after we receive the Jewel.
IMPORTANT: All Jewels must be delivered in original packaging, in the same conditions that were sent. Any Jewel that has been exchanged in different conditions will not be accepted by HLC.
How can I get them?
On the HLC website, on ''Collections'' , you can find our Gift Cards. To buy them you do it like you were shopping a Jewel.
How can I discount my card?
Each card has a promotional code that you can write on the website and discount on the purchase.
Do they have an expiry date?
The HLC gift card is valid for 2 months as from the date you receive it.
If I lose my gift card?
The HLC website does not have any responsibility for any loss of the gift card.
Do I have to sign in to shop?
Yes. You need to sign in at HLC so you can shop on the website.
How can I recover my password?
You need to enter the website, sign in and click “Recover password”, then you follow the steps.
How can I change my delivery address?
You need to sign in and click “My account” and then click “Edit Personal info”
Can I see my latest orders?

Purchase Conditions on HLC Website
The present document contains the Conditions regulating the use of HLC website and the contract biding both parts (HLC and You). These conditions establish the rights and obligations of the User regarding the products and services HLC offers in the website. Please read the Conditions carefully before clicking on “Proceed to Check out” to complete your order. These Conditions may be modified, and therefore you should read them before placing order.
Use Of HLC Website:
- HLC client may not place any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If HLC website has sufficient reason to consider that you have place an order of this kind, we are authorized to cancel it and inform the pertinent authorities.
- HLC client are committed to provide a correct e-mail and postal address and/or any contact of information and consent that we may use this information to contact you if necessary. If you don´t provide us this information we are authorized to cancel your order.
- HLC website has the right to take out from de site, at any time, one or more of the products without notice.
- The price of the products is stipulated on HLC website, unless there is a clear error. We try to ensure that all prices are always right, but errors can take place. If you or us detect an error on the product prices you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In these cases we will provide you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
- On HLC prices VAT is included but not shipping costs.
- Credit Cards must be approved by the bank. If refused, HLC cannot be responsible for any delay or for cancelling the order.
Return and Exchange Policy
It is only possible to exchange a Jewel for another of the same or higher price, paying the difference, within the first 15 days of bying the Jewel.
In case you need to Exchange a Jewel you must send it, in its original packaging for: HLC Jewellery - Apartado 288 EC Estoril – 2766-904 Estoril.
